We offer a variety of Pyrus trees including the following:
A superb, upright ornamental pear introduction with a dense habit and attractive foliage. Excellent for sites where lateral space is restricted, its tough disposition and aesthetic attributes combine to make for a wonderfully versatile tree be it for home gardens or streets and public areas.
A narrow, fastigiate form and possibly the narrowest growing Pyrus cultivar in Australia. An excellent choice for narrow, restricted areas, around carparks, along narrow medians in both the public and private domain.
Adaptable to a wide range of site conditions including quite dry conditions, slightly alkaline soils and air pollution. Able to handle intermittently wet, heavy soils.
A lovely ornamental pear that has a good spring floral display and attractive mid-green summer foliage that changes to reds and purples in autumn. Useful as a small feature tree for parks and gardens as well as streets, carparks and public areas.
Glossy green leaves with purple veins, turning to orange-red-purple hues in autumn.
Adaptable to a wide range of site conditions including quite dry conditions, slightly alkaline soils, some coastal areas and air pollution.
